I’ve been much more energized and stayed full throughout my morning since adding them to my routine, I have a couple other recipes I like as well!
THE RECIPE (make it your own! this is just what we used today but the options are endless. I’m not a nutritionist, consult a professional as needed!)
1 peeled banana
12 ounces vanilla hemp milk
1 teaspoon spirulina
1-2 teaspoons maca powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
Blend as needed and add more hemp milk if it’s thicker than you like.
